Channel drainage systems manufactured in polyester concrete offer a more cost effective and efficient method in comparison to more traditional methods such as line drainage with trenches. The use of polyester concrete results in a channel that is lighter with a higher mechanical, chemical and frost resistance. The channel's dense structure and smooth surface reduces the collection of sediment and vegetation growth making maintenance easier. The channel which is available with or without an internal slope comes with a choice of mesh or slotted gratings in galvanised, stainless steel, copper, brass or plastic coated.
